First Week in Review

I worked from 7 to 2 this past week.  My normal hours are 7 to 3:30 so I was glad to break myself into it slower.
I awake and arise at 5:15.  It felt early and I wonder how it will feel in the dead of winter.  At least the sun is coming up now to another beautiful blue sky day in the 90's.!!!!
Logan has football practice at 6 so I take him there if it is our day to drive.  (Carpool with the neighbors)
Here is how the first week went....I found it funny.

Monday I came home and took a nap and a half hour walk at night.
Tuesday I came home and rested and a half hour walk at night.
Wednesday I came home and mopped the floor, mowed and edged the lawn and ran 30 min outside at night.
Thursday I came home weeded and ran outside at night.
Friday I came home and we went to Provo to see where Jake is moving to in 2 weeks.  On the way home we were heading to Costco in American Fork on State St and as we rounded the corner Kim's car stopped so we coasted into Del Taco.  Tunex came and towed it to their shop and it is the fuel pump.  We are so glad it did not chose to die on the 1-15.  (Road construction, no shoulder, hot day and Tunex was not just around the corner.)

I have moved my stuff in to my desk area at work and I have done some copies and checked in some freight.  I feel it is just starting to get busy.  I made a ton of copies for the preschool and childhood education teacher.  It was so fun.  She sent them to me in an email with exact directions.  14 sets of copies with anywhere from 30 to 80 copies of each.  Two sided and stapled, the machine can do it all if you tell it the right way.  I did make one mistake it was 15 pages and I forgot to push two sided.  When her whole order was done I got an empty paper box and put one stack in and then divided it with a white card stock sheet of paper and then another stack of copies.  I loved how it turned out.

Jake's place is so nice that he is moving to.  He has found a 5 bedroom triplex, brick and covered parking with a yard.  He and 4 other track athletes are rooming together.  He and his friend Marcus who came from Wa  each have a room upstairs and share a bathroom in the hall.  A boy names Josh has the master bedroom with it's own bathroom.  The washing machine and dryer is up there too.
On the main level is 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms and a kitchen and a 1/2 bath.  The fridge is small for 5 boys so we may get him a mini fridge.
In the basement  is another living area and 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom.  The boy who was there when we went was named Mark and he came from St. George and he has his bedroom down there.  He was the nicest to meet.
We met the landlord and he was the cutest old man.  He has re carpeted and painted and the place was oh so clean.
